it is meant to be 5 x SP per battle & 3 x the SP cap this week. I'm only getting normal SP for the Battles, But SP cap is increased

I have this problem as well today. Reset PS3 3 times, didn't make any difference, still no voice. Tried logging out to character select screen too, this didn't work either.
